How to Submit

You may submit your full paper or abstract through Electronic Submission System. Or you can submit via the email icree@chairmen.org directly.

Submission Requests

The official language is English. The submitted paper should be with at least 8 pages excluding references and prepared carefully according to the conference template below.

Only full papers will be published and submitted for indexing. The accepted abstracts will be included into Conference Schedule for presentation without publication.

Policy on Plagiarism

All papers submitted to ICREE will be checked for plagiarism including self-plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will be rejected directly. A list of authors of the papers identified in the category of plagiarism will be forwarded to the press and your organization.

Review Process

All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Technical Committees on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. By submitting your manuscript to the ICREE, It is understood that it is an original manuscript and is unpublished work and is not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated by the conference.
